TTS Marine aims to increase activities in the RoRo, RoPax, Cruise and Naval segments. As Sales Manager in the Sales and Projects department you will be commercially responsible for assigned new building projects in discussions and negotiations with shipyards and ship owners. We offer a very challenging and varied work, where you, within a defined geographical area or ships segment, will be responsible for sales of our products, market development, analysis of the market and improved relations with existing and new clients. You will manage assigned projects commercially and team up with related competence and functions within the company to develop and finalize the project both technically and commercially. You will send and follow up budgetary prices as well as final offers. You will visit customers and agents, have technical and commercial meetings, be responsible for contract negotiations and sign contracts. You will participate at exhibitions and other market events. Depending on market area the position can require longer business trips.

We are looking for a person with a technical education (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) and preferably experience from the international marine industry and of marine equipment. You have a high capacity and an ability to keep a cool head, you are extrovert and creative with an ability to create long lasting client relations and profitable business.
