About the job
As an Engineering Support Manager, you will manage and coordinate the global engineering and installation support for PureBallast. You will be responsible for a team assisting our customers and engineering partners offering engineering review, product training and on-board support during installation and commissioning
Key tasks:
•Manage employees and consultants of PureBallast Engineering Support, today a team of 6 growing to about 10 persons.
•Give technical support and training to Alfa Laval sales companies, customers and engineering partners during sales, engineering and installation globally.
•Coordinate engineering support with Product Specialists in Stockholm, Shanghai and Houston
•Coordinate visits by central personnel onboard vessels during installation when specific support is needed.
What you know
To succeed in the position, you have a technical education, management experience and experience from marine industry. You are fluent in English and a good communicator with great culture awareness. Further, to be successful in this role we believe you have experience from design and installation in marine or similar industry.

You are technical oriented, have good leadership skills and are service minded with a positive approach and you believe in customer satisfaction. You enjoy working according to processes but see potential in improvements. Interaction is key, you are a team-player and are used to build networks and maintain relation-ships.
