Sales Manager Marine (Location Sweden/Gothenburg)

MAN Energy Solutions Sverige AB is looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for a number of customer accounts in the Swedish marine market.

For our Swedish organization we are currently looking for a Sales Manager Marine for our Primeserv Department.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for assigned accounts, in line with company objectives, to grow revenue in a profitable and sustainable way both short and long term to create win-win solutions
- Promoting and selling spare parts, technical service solutions, multi fuel diesel engines, upgrade systems, academy courses and similar packages
- Coordinating with functional groups and different levels of employees throughout the global organization to effectively and professionally achieve results
- Following up on sales quotations, negotiating and visiting customers based on a weekly plan and company processes
- Closely liaising with ship owner and vessel management companies, handling their questions and disputes, and providing technical support in coordination with technical department
- Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
- Identification of new business opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback
- Identifying and developing prospect opportunities for the complete portfolio of products and services
Who you are:
For you to be able to enjoy this role, you as a person are driven and sales oriented. You need to be active and persistent and have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. We belive that you have the capacity to negotiate strategically and a have a result and performance mindset.
We also believe that you have the following skills:
- Excellent track record in Sales & Business development
- Solid understanding of the Marine Industry
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Willingness to travel to customers
- Proven experience of successful selling of complex products
- At least 3 years or equivalent of academic studies
