CSMART’s phenomenal growth and recognised success over the past 6 years has prompted Carnival Corporation to commit to a € 85 million investment in a new, custom designed world-class Maritime Campus, comprising a Training Academy as well as a hotel building, based in Almere, the Netherlands. The number of training courses, participants and simulators (full mission and part task) will more than double over the next few years.

In order to fuel this growth, CSMART is looking to recruit multiple, top quality professionals, who want to be trained to become the best Engineering Instructors in the world. As an Instructor, you will become a role model for Carnival’s engineering staff on board our ships. 

Qualifications

Successful candidates will typically be or have been in the not too distant past, Chief Engineer, Senior Electrical Technical Officer, Staff Chief Engineer, Senior First Engineer or First Engineer on a cruise ship.
